Mullein leaf has long been used in traditional herbal tonics, particularly during the cooler months. Combined with elderberries and a base of raw honey and apple cider vinegar, this oxymel offers a balanced, gently herbal preparation inspired by old-world kitchen traditions.

Ingredients

Organic apple cider vinegar, raw honey, dried elderberries (Sambucus nigra), dried mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus).

How to enjoy

Take 1–2 teaspoons daily, or add to warm water or tea.

Can also be drizzled into sparkling water for a tangy herbal drink.

Our oxymel is designed to be a simple daily winter tonic the whole family can enjoy.

Suggested Daily Use

Children 1–4 years

2.5 mL (½ teaspoon) once or twice daily

Dilute in warm water if preferred.

Children 5–12 years

5 mL (1 teaspoon) once or twice daily.

13+ years & Adults

10 mL (2 teaspoons) once or twice daily.

During the cooler months, some customers choose to take up to 3 servings daily for short periods.


How to Take It


• Enjoy straight from the spoon

• Stir into warm (not boiling) water

• Add to herbal tea

• Mix into sparkling water for a refreshing tonic
