Elderberry

Over 30,000 bottles sold. Trusted by thousands of Australian families. Made fresh every week in Melbourne.

This is the elderberry syrup Australian families come back to — not because of clever marketing, but because they can taste the difference.

A five-generation family recipe. Certified organic ingredients. Raw honey from our own apiaries. Handcrafted in small batches, every single week.

No concentrates. No preservatives. No refined sugars. No shortcuts.

✦ WHAT'S INSIDE EVERY BOTTLE

• 🫐 Certified Organic Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) — naturally rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols, treasured for centuries in traditional herbal practice
• 🍯 Raw honey from our own apiaries — sourced from the pristine Mount Dandenong Ranges, naturally containing pollen and propolis
• 🌿 Certified Organic Cinnamon, Ginger, Echinacea & Star Anise — each chosen for quality and traditional use
• 💧 Pure filtered water — free from added fluoride and unwanted contaminants

Nothing artificial. Nothing hidden. Just real ingredients, prepared the traditional way.

✦ WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE US OVER EVERYTHING ELSE

Most elderberry syrups on the market are made with concentrates, glucose syrups, preservatives, and artificial flavourings. They're manufactured months in advance and sit in warehouses before reaching you.

We do things differently.

• 🗓️ Made fresh every week — never manufactured months in advance
• 🌱 100% certified organic botanicals — every herb and berry is certified, not just "natural"
• 🍯 Raw honey, not refined sugar — sweetened the way nature intended
• 👨‍👩‍👧 A real family recipe — passed down through five generations, unchanged
• 🇦🇺 Small-batch, handcrafted in Melbourne — made by us, not a factory

"I've tried so many elderberry syrups. This is the only one I keep reordering." — verified customer

The elderberry remedy kids actually ask for — and adults can't stop reaching for either.

Handcrafted in small batches, these Herbal Honey Drops are essentially our elderberry syrup in a delicious, portable lozenge form. All the goodness of elderberry, ginger, echinacea and raw honey— in one little drop that's as enjoyable as it is nourishing.

No artificial flavours. No artificial colours. No corn syrup. Just real herbs, real honey, real goodness.

"Be careful — these suckers are addictive!"

✦ HANDCRAFTED THE OLD WAY

These drops are made for us by Ballarat Candy Co using our very own elderberry syrup — hand pressed on the oldest copper press in the country. No machinery shortcuts. No fillers. No artificial colours. Just tradition, craftsmanship, and real ingredients.

✦ ABOUT THE COLOUR

Because we use real elderberry and no artificial dyes, the colour of each batch varies naturally — from deep burgundy  to amber-brown. This is completely normal and a sign of genuine, unadulterated ingredients. Just like our syrup.

✦ ABOUT THE FLAVOUR

Our drops are made with our elderberry syrup as the base, but the flavour profile is designed to be balanced and enjoyable — honey-forward with warm notes from our Elderberry Syrup.  The elderberry taste is present but subtle, the way real elderberry honey candy should be.

✦ WHAT'S IN EVERY DROP

• 🫐 Organic Elderberry — antioxidant-rich immune support in every lozenge
• 🤭 Organic Ginger — warming, soothing, and naturally anti-nausea
• 🫖 Organic Cinnamon — aromatic and comforting
• 🌼 Organic Echinacea — traditionally used to support the body during seasonal changes
• 🌟 Organic Star Anise — warming and naturally soothing
• 🍯 Raw Honey — naturally antimicrobial and soothing for the throat

18 drops per jar. One drop = one teaspoon of elderberry syrup.

✦ WHY YOU'LL LOVE THEM

• 👶 Kid-approved — the easiest way to get herbs into little ones who resist syrups
• 💼 Perfectly portable — toss a jar in your bag, lunchbox, or desk drawer
• 🚫 No nasties — no artificial flavours, colours or corn syrup
• 🍯 Real honey, real herbs — handcrafted in small batches the traditional way
• 🎁 A beautiful gift — a unique, thoughtful wellness treat for any age

✦ HOW TO USE THEM

• Children (3+): 1 drop per day
• Adults: 2–3 drops per day
• Allow to dissolve slowly in the mouth for best effect

Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place below 25°C. Drops may stick together in hot weather — keep the lid on and store away from heat. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to size.

When you need elderberry support fast — concentrated, cold-processed, and ready in seconds.

This is not a syrup. It's something stronger.

Our Elderberry Tincture is a concentrated folk-method extract of Sambucus nigra — handcrafted using a cold-process extraction that preserves the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals, and active plant compounds. Two drops under the tongue and you're done.

Fast-absorbing. Potent. No refrigeration needed. Shelf-stable for 3 years.

✦ WHY A TINCTURE?

Elderberry syrup is your daily foundation. The tincture is your fast-response tool.

Because it's a concentrated liquid extract rather than a sweetened syrup, it absorbs more quickly — especially when taken sublingually (under the tongue), which allows the active compounds to enter the bloodstream directly, bypassing digestion.

It's the format herbalists have used for centuries for good reason.

✦ WHAT'S INSIDE

• 🫐 Certified Organic Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) — a single, potent herb, nothing else
• 🍶 Organic grain alcohol — used for optimal extraction and potency (cold-process method)

No fillers. No sweeteners. No additives. Just elderberry, extracted the traditional way.

✦ KEY BENEFITS

• ⚡ Fast-absorbing — sublingual delivery means quicker uptake than capsules or syrups
• 💪 Highly concentrated — more potent than syrup, ideal when you need stronger support
• 🫐 Rich in antioxidants — naturally occurring anthocyanins and polyphenols from Sambucus nigra
• 🛡️ Supports immune health — traditionally used during cooler months and times of seasonal challenge
• 💪 3-year shelf life — stored in amber glass, potent and stable for years
• 💼 Travel-friendly — no refrigeration required, fits in any bag or medicine cabinet

✦ HOW TO USE IT

• Daily maintenance: 2ml (2 full dropper pulls) once daily
• For faster absorption: Take sublingually — hold under the tongue for 30–60 seconds before swallowing
• Prefer a milder taste? Add to water, juice, tea or your favourite drink. Shake well before use

Note on taste: Tinctures have a naturally herbaceous, slightly bitter flavour — this is a sign of potency, not a flaw. If it's too strong for children, dilute in juice.

✦ STORAGE

Packaged in light-resistant amber glass. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf-stable for 3 years from manufacture. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or lactating, consult a healthcare professional before use.

The honey Australian families have trusted since 2021 — and once you try it, you'll understand why.

This isn't supermarket honey. It's a slow-crafted, small-batch blend of premium raw Australian honey and certified-organic elderberries — solar-infused for 21 days in Melbourne, hand-turned every single day, and poured with care into every jar.

No shortcuts. No heat. No compromise.

✦ WHAT YOU GET IN EVERY JAR

• 🍯 Raw Australian honey — unprocessed, enzyme-rich, and sourced from pristine regions including the Mount Dandenong Ranges
• 🫐 Certified-organic elderberries — one of nature's most antioxidant-rich fruits, traditionally used to support immune health and general wellbeing
• 🌞 21-day solar infusion — gentle, heat-free, and hand-turned daily so every beneficial compound is preserved
• 🏡 Made in Melbourne — small-batch, never mass-produced, never rushed
• 🚫 Nothing artificial — no flavours, colours, preservatives or plastic used during infusion or bottling

✦ WHY FAMILIES KEEP COMING BACK

Most infused honeys on the market are made with heat — a fast, industrial process that gets the product out the door quickly but strips away the very qualities that make raw honey special.

We do it differently.

Our elderberries sit in raw honey for a full 21 days. Each day, every batch is hand-turned. The result is a beautifully rich, deep-red honey that tastes as good as it looks — and carries the full integrity of both ingredients.

"This is the real deal. You can taste the difference." — verified customer review

✦ HOW TO USE IT

• 🥄 Take 1 teaspoon straight from the spoon — allow it to slowly coat the throat
• 🥣 Drizzle over yoghurt, porridge or toast for a nourishing start to the day
• ☕ Stir into a warm (not boiling) drink for a soothing daily ritual
• 🌿 Ideal during seasonal changes or whenever your body needs extra support

Tip: For best results, consume raw and unheated. Avoid adding to boiling liquids to preserve the natural goodness of raw honey.

✦ WHAT IS AN OXYMEL?

The word oxymel comes from Ancient Greece — literally meaning "acid and honey." For thousands of years, herbalists and healers combined raw honey and vinegar as a powerful base for botanical tonics.

Hippocrates himself wrote about it in 400 BC: "[Oxymel] promotes expectoration and freedom of breathing."

We've taken that same time-honoured method and crafted it into a convenient 100ml wellness shot — sharp, warming, and naturally invigorating.

• 🌿 Certified organic elderberries — naturally rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols

• 🍯 Raw honey goodness — soothing, naturally antimicrobial, and unprocessed
• ☀️ Shelf-stable for up to 6 months — keep one in every bag for when you need it most
• 🚫 No nasties — no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours

✦ TRADITIONAL BENEFITS
