At Elderberry Blends Australia, we handcraft each product in small batches using the highest quality organic ingredients under strict manufacturing procedures. We’re proud of our products — and we want you to love them too.

Our Love-It Guarantee

If you're not 100% in love with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

You’re welcome to try any of our products for up to 7 days from delivery. If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll:

• Exchange it for another product, or
• Provide a store credit to use at a later time

Important Notes

• This policy only applies to purchases made directly through our website.
• If you purchased from another retailer (e.g. Wholefoods, Go Vita), please refer to their return and refund policies.
• Products received more than 14 days ago are no longer eligible for store credit, but we always welcome your feedback. We're continuously working to expand our range so everyone can find a blend that suits their needs.

How to Request a Return or Credit

To request an exchange or store credit, please email our team at elderberryblendsaustralia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation so we can assist you promptly.
