Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription, you are agreeing to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected during checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged before each scheduled subscription order.

Important: By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to recurring charges and deliveries until your subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation & Changes

You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal or by contacting us at elderberryblendsaustralia@gmail.com.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required before your next scheduled subscription payment.

If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the next scheduled payment, the upcoming order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or recalled. The order will be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled, and any changes will apply to future subscription orders only.

It is the customer's responsibility to review their selected purchase option at checkout and manage their subscription before the next billing date if changes are required.
