Why Isn’t Our Syrup Shipped Cold?

Our elderberry syrup is classified as a non-hazardous food product and does not support the growth of harmful bacteria. While refrigeration on arrival helps preserve freshness and maintain optimal quality for the full 60-day shelf life, the syrup remains safe in transit for short periods without refrigeration. For best quality and longevity, we recommend storing in the refrigerator once received.

Fresh batches are made weekly! We express post every Monday and Wednesday morning Australia wide.

At Elderberry Blends Australia, we make each of our products in small batches with the highest quality organic ingredients under strict manufacturing procedures. We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with yours, we will do what we can to make it right! We trust that you will love our products and invite you to try any of our products for up to 7 days. If you are not satisfied in any way, contact us and we will exchange it for another product or provide you with a store credit to try another one of our products at a later time.
