Made with our local raw honey that’s been cold extracted with propolis and pollen. Our elderberries are solar infused in the honey for 21 days, before we strain and bottle ready for consumption. Raw honey is packed with antioxidants and considered a prebiotic , it can help calm a sore throat or aid in digestion its a delicious natural sweetener.

A unique, small-batch blend of premium raw Australian honey, including red gum, and mixed blossom varieties, infused with Certified Organic elderberries.

Sourced from the pristine mountain regions of the Mount Dandenong Ranges, our honey is free from pollution and pesticides, offering a naturally rich flavour profile with subtle notes of blossom and citrus.

Our infusion process is slow, intentional, and entirely natural.

Each batch is:
• Hand-turned daily for 21 days
• Gently infused using the natural warmth of the sun
• Never heat-treated or rapidly processed

As the elderberries move through the honey over time, they gradually release their colour, flavour, and beneficial compounds—transforming the honey into a beautiful light red hue.

This traditional method preserves the integrity of both the honey and the elderberries, unlike mass-produced alternatives that rely on heat for rapid infusion.
