Shipping & Storage
Why Isn't Our Syrup Shipped Refrigerated?
Our elderberry syrup is a shelf-stable food product that remains safe during normal transit conditions.
While we recommend refrigerating your syrup upon arrival to maintain freshness and achieve the full 60-day best-before period, short periods outside refrigeration during shipping will not compromise its safety.
For optimal flavour, quality, and longevity:
✔ Refrigerate after opening
✔ Consume within 60 days of opening
✔ Freeze for up to 6 months if required

At Elderberry Blends Australia, we make each of our products in small batches with the highest quality organic ingredients under strict manufacturing procedures. We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with yours, we will do what we can to make it right! We trust that you will love our products and invite you to try any of our products for up to 7 days. If you are not satisfied in any way, contact us and we will exchange it for another product or provide you with a store credit to try another one of our products at a later time.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased directly from another retailer such as Wholefoods or Govita  etc please refer to their return/refund policy.

Products received more than 14 days ago are no longer eligible for store credit, but we welcome your feedback. We are always working to provide more selection so that everyone can find a product that meets their needs.
