Why Isn’t Our Syrup Shipped Cold?

Our elderberry syrup is classified as a non-hazardous food product and does not support the growth of harmful bacteria. While refrigeration on arrival helps preserve freshness and maintain optimal quality for the full 60-day shelf life, the syrup remains safe in transit for short periods without refrigeration. For best quality and longevity, we recommend storing in the refrigerator once received.

Adults & Children over 12 years

30ml once daily as part of your regular wellness routine.

During times of increased seasonal demands, you may choose to increase intake to 30ml up to three times daily.


Children (5–12 years)

15ml once daily.

During times of increased seasonal demands, intake may be increased to 15ml up to three times daily.


Toddlers (1–4 years)

5ml once daily.

During times of increased seasonal demands, intake may be increased to 5ml up to three times daily.


Not suitable for children under 12 months of age due to honey content.

We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with yours, we will do what we can to make it right! We trust that you will love our products and invite you to try any of our products for up to 7 days. If you are not satisfied in any way, contact us and we will exchange it for another product or provide you with a store credit to try another one of our products at a later time.
