We created this subscription service as a convenience for our regular customers. You select what you want to purchase and we’ll auto-ship it to you at whatever frequency you choose. Set it once and we’ll do the rest!

Want to give it a try? Click “Subscribe and Save” when placing your product in your cart. You’ll immediately see a drop-down menu that allows you to choose the frequency you’d like to receive your product. Follow the prompts to complete your order, and your work is done!

If you want to pause, suspend or cancel your subscription, just email us 48 hours prior to your next subscription dates and we will do that for you.

Subscription Terms & Conditions
Elderberry Blends Australia

Welcome to our Subscription Service. By subscribing to our products, you agree to the terms below, which are designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. About Our Subscription
Our subscription allows you to receive your favourite Elderberry Blends Australia products delivered on a regular schedule. You can choose your frequency and update or cancel at any time.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Payment will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription cycle.
- You can update your payment information via your customer portal.
- Failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at [insert email].
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- No cancellation fees or lock-in contracts apply.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to refund that cycle unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds & Returns
We comply with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major fault
- A repair or replacement if the product fails to be of acceptable quality
We offer refunds for:
- Damaged or faulty products
- Incorrect or missing items
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, unless required by law.

5. Pausing or Skipping Deliveries
Need a break? You can pause or skip your next subscription delivery by accessing your account dashboard. If you need help, just email us.
6. Changes to Terms or Prices
We may update our terms, product prices, or delivery frequencies from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and we will provide notice via email before your next charge if pricing changes.
