Fresh batches are made weekly! We express post every Monday and Wednesday morning Australia wide.

At Elderberry Blends Australia, we make each of our products in small batches with the highest quality organic ingredients under strict manufacturing procedures. We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with yours, we will do what we can to make it right! We trust that you will love our products and invite you to try any of our products for up to 45 days. If you are not satisfied in any way, contact us and we will exchange it for another product or provide you with a store credit to try another one of our products at a later time.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased directly from another retailer such as Wholefoods or Govita  etc please refer to their return/refund policy.

Products received more than 45 days ago are no longer eligible for store credit, but we welcome your feedback. We are always working to provide more selection so that everyone can find a product that meets their needs.
