Certified Organic Elderberries (Sambucus Nigra), Raw Australian Apple Cider Vinegar sourced locally, Raw honey with pollen and propolis.

Recommended dose : Adults and children over 12 years of age 15ml.

Not recommended for children under 12 months.

Both Raw Apple cider vinegar and Raw honey have been used for millennia to help boost the immune system, soothe dry throats, and help with digestion.

Organic apple cider vinegar is high in acetic acid, and we use the raw, unfiltered version, so you are also getting "mother" strands of proteins, enzymes, and helpful bacteria (like what one might enjoy in kombucha.)

Meanwhile, the honey brings soothing qualities and provides germ-fighting properties.

These two ingredients alone are beneficial to the body, and when you add elderberries you have an incredibly effective method of getting extra herbal support as well.
